Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the urtwin platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.

Use of Service

You agree to use urtwin only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You shall not use the platform to transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content, or to interfere with the operation of our services.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for your internal business purposes, subject to the restrictions outlined in these terms.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, pose a security risk, or have been inactive for an extended period, with prior notice where practicable.

Billing & Payments

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our refund policy. You authorise us to charge your designated payment method for all applicable fees.

We may adjust pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Credit top-ups are consumed on a first-in, first-out basis and do not expire for active accounts.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the urtwin platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, and trademarks, are owned by urtwin Technologies and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data you submit to the platform.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, urtwin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time by providing written notice. Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease and we will retain your data for 30 days, after which it will be permanently deleted unless a longer retention period is required by law.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
