How TechFlow Saved 120 Hours Per Month
TechFlow is a mid-market SaaS company with 85 employees serving over 400 B2B clients across the Middle East and North Africa. Their operations team of three people was drowning in manual work: creating invoices, chasing payments, enriching lead data, and onboarding new hires. Something had to change.
"We were spending 30 hours a week just on invoicing," says Khalid Al-Rashid, TechFlow's COO. "Creating invoices, making sure they were ZATCA-compliant, sending reminders, reconciling payments — it was a full-time job for one person, and we still had errors slipping through."
TechFlow deployed urtwin's Invoice Agent and Lead Agent in a phased rollout. The Invoice Agent was connected to their project management tool, bank feeds, and WhatsApp Business API. Within the first week, it had generated and dispatched 47 invoices autonomously, each one ZATCA Phase 2 compliant with proper XML clearance.
The Lead Agent transformed their sales pipeline. Previously, a sales rep would spend 2-3 hours per day manually researching prospects on LinkedIn, finding email addresses, and updating the CRM. The Lead Agent automated the entire flow: given a target company domain, it scrapes decision-maker profiles, enriches them with verified email addresses and phone numbers, scores them based on fit criteria, and syncs everything to HubSpot.
The numbers speak for themselves. Invoice processing time dropped from 45 minutes per invoice to under 2 minutes. Payment collection improved by 28% due to automated follow-ups. The sales team now processes 500+ leads per week compared to the previous 80. Total time saved: 120 hours per month across the operations team.
